In early 2020, I worked on a project Nivea Indonesia had proposed for social media consultation which resulted in a project of which we are tasked to create a social media guidelines which includes the redesign of the visual design & treatment of brand tonality in their social media channels; predominantly Instagram. The key is to maintain brand consistency & coherency; while also delivering contents that can reflect Nivea’s brand identity; localized and catered to the Indonesian audience.
Nivea’s social media contents are based initiative and yet comprehensive which very engaging to the audience in terms of the content and content pillars. But when it comes to visual, Nivea Indonesia’s social media, doesn’t have any guidelines or uniformity for each contents. It will leads to visually unpleasant and confusion for the audience. To enhance Nivea Indonesia’s Social Media in delivering their extraordinary content we should make a guideline and branding integration.
